Charles Lehman

Charles Lehman is of counsel to the firm and the principal member of Lehman Law Group PLLC.  Prior to joining Valdez Lehman, Charles practiced as a commercial litigator for a well established Seattle law firm.   Charles’s current practice focuses on Business Law, Corporations, Probate & Estate Planning and Intellectual Property. Charles provides counsel to businesses in a wide range of matters that include Entity Formation and Governance, Contract Negotiations, Complex Commercial Transactions, Intellectual Property (Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets) and Commercial Litigation.In addition, Charles assists individuals and families as they navigate through the often complex and emotionally taxing process of Estate Planning and Probate law; and advises private individuals in the field of media law relating to Copyright and Right of Publicity.Despite his busy practice, Charles volunteers his time lecturing on various topics of the law to young students and is a volunteer judge for moot court competitions at the University of Washington School of Law.As a near life-long resident of the the Pacific Northwest, Charles is an avid fly-fisherman, rock climber and devoted Husky fan.  He also enjoys running, golf, travel and playing the guitar.
